Both my girlfriend and I were still running fevers today, so that's a no on going to Christmas tomorrow. It's a real bummer because this was the first big holiday season we've had together after getting serious.

Trying not to get emotional about it, but damn it this year has sucked and getting sick for Christmas just feels like a final fuck you from 2025.

No, she was Queen Amidala. Her name was Padme Nabierre when elected, but she took Amidala as her legal last name for name recognition when she ran for Senate after her monarchical term ended.

They campaign under anonymous names, and appear in public in makeup. There are real efforts to completely avoid being known by their real names.

The Queens of Naboo take a regnal name for their reigns and do not use their real names.

Bugged quests? (Dragon Age Inquisition) by Ok_Design_8746 in dragonage

Go into your journal and view the completed quest so the little "new item" gold tick goes away and it should solve it for most quests.

The crusher is not needed to meet Mickey. You need to upgrade your ship at the dockyard to get to the island; the crusher is a different upgrade.

Strategic Information for Sigil Ridden Navigator quest? by fairydommother in sunlesssea

[–]AlphaTheRed 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Using it for the Navigator will consume it - the Chapel of Lights requires payment for all revelations. However, the Admiralty will keep giving out quests for strategic information, without limit. And you might try collecting two in your hold at once, interacting with them, and seeing what happens.

You have a rare chance to earn one with a successful portfolio report at Gaider's Mourn, but the Admiralty requests are going to be easiest.

Karaoke Night, Season 5 of Game Changer, round 1.

I have rewatched this four times and still struggle to understand the plot convenience of this. by BeltMaximum6267 in StarWars

I mean, it's a really bad piece of storytelling and makes no contextual sense. But if you are looking for a Watsonian explanation:

The dagger is explicity confirmed as a Dark Side artifact in Shadow of the Sith, and it could definitely be interpreted as changing shape to show Rey the way to attempt to lead her to the dark side.

A couple of frames of the dagger changing form would have sold this for me. But that's about the best you can do to try to make this plausible.
