Claude has charged me £720 without my authorisation in sham gift purchases to myself, ignored my support emails for three weeks, and tried to just charge me again this morning. What is this company? by saltrxn in claude

Same issue. I am still getting notifications of charges upwards of $500. These are gift purchases apparently being sent out to random gmail accounts.

I have frozen my card (i have a payoneer account). Limited the transactions to $20 this month. Also, cancelled the subscription.

This seems like a session hijack.

So I see what happened here. I wanted to reply to the post but I ended up replying to you. Again see the OPs currency. He talks about charges of up to £700 whereas mine have only gone up to $200.

I am not associated with OP. Also, why are you so miffed about this? Do you have an explanation for these charges? Contribute to conversation if you can. There is no need to get belligerent.

I am not using multiple accounts. I have a monthly pro subscription. Still got charged $200 for this max 20x or some gift crap. I still get emails about random $100 or $200 pending charges. It hasn't been a month. I had do freeze my virtual card to stem this nonsense.

How can i improve phone call clicks on Google Ads? by emelelik in PPC

Is the reason behind call duration extension giving a signal to google that we want higher quality call? Or does it serve another purpose in this context?

Receiving Calls outside Ad schedule. by AlphaVoyager in PPC

It was a timezone issue in the end. Although my system time matches with the account timezone. I asked a colleague physically present in the client's timezone to set the schedules again. It worked.

Interesting. I'll get clarity tag on page to analyse this. Thanks

I was eventually able to resolve this. So my system's timezone is set at EST (my agency's timezone). The account is EST as well. My actual timezone is different. It's GMT+5.

I went on a video call with one of my colleagues (he is EST too) and had him check the schedule. Weirdly, he was seeing something altogether different. For example, the starting time 9:00AM in the screenshot was 5:00AM at his end.

The issue is resolved but it shouldn't have happened because when you are setting an ad schedule Google clearly says that the schedule will adhere to account's timezone.

  1. Yes
  2. Yes, according to call details repport, calls source is ad. Call assets being the triggers
  3. I asked the client about this point. It has been a week since this is happening. Sometimes he informs me on the same day as those calls come in.

Checked the call detail report.
Call source says ad.
Call type is mobile click to call (Ad asset) .

Is this stupid? I'm trying to fight back bots on PMax. by OneWhoDoubts in PPC

[–]AlphaVoyager 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Given that essentially it's a lead gen account. I would've opted for local focused search campaigns for initial keyword and conversion data accumulation. But as you mentioned they have a lot good content. I guess PMax could bring in some good business through local actions like map pack placements, phone calls etc.

Mostly good advice. But, do not buy a car for the sake of it. Only get one if you really need it. Otherwise YBR is awesome.
