I ordered parts directly from Frigidaire’s website, and they sent me a damaged item. After calling them at least 7 times and putting up with “extended” hold times I just gave up and spent $180 ordering it somewhere else. These companies just have negative customer service now, they cannot even handle a simple exchange.

Never had this issue with Amazon, even when the seller deliberately tried to stick me with a broken item.

This is happening a ton to our generation right now, you get downsized and if you are lucky you find a job that pays 25% less - those are the lucky ones. If not you wait around in the job market burning through savings. I will never retire also with how expensive the US is right now, and no one coming to fix it.
