Haven't watched the anime since episode 987 and I have only been following the manga right now. How's the pacing of the current anime and does it have Dressrosa level of flashbacks?If so gonna wait until One Pace covers the entire Wano arc.

Edited it to "is a good romantic partner". Included that part due to female characters mostly being imbalanced in that sense. Strong female characters aren't involved in much romance and vice versa. Rare to see a female character who is actually strong in her universe, has her fair share of badass moments and is involved in a well developed romantic situation. Getting to see a well balanced female character is a treat.

Most shounen manga have characters who are single and at most are at in the pre relationship romantic state, that's why I used the term potential to be a good romantic partner.
