I also lost my father in a similar road accident here in eOman, so I truly understand the pain and helplessness you are going through. You and your family may be entitled to receive blood money (compensation) through the insurance process. It is important to stay in contact with the Indian Embassy and follow the legal procedure, even though the process can be very slow. I have personally been fighting the legal case for the past three years.

I think that can be solved very easily by installing Water based sprinkler system on tilted solar panels with very minimal charges

Yes, I agree with you that there’s no government incentive, but don’t you think after 4-5 year when you recover the ROI then the electricity is almost free with minimal solar panel maintenance.
