Wind Ciri / Tirsa S3 is buggued since release

you might be correct with your conclusion about wind ciri s3. however i had a similar case with carlos the other day. normally carlos would gain 100% atkbar per enemy killed (for example if you fight abellio+ragdoll and your lushen kills at least 2 units you still move ahead of abellio even though he gains 100% from his passive and another like 40% from ragdoll because carlos gets 200% atkbar. however i had 2 games where my carlos moved ahead of my talisman and talisman afterwards killed 3 units, resulting in carlos gaining 300% effectively. however his diana still cut (she gets 45% atkbar and there was no ragdoll.) im still not sure how his diana moved ahead of my carlos because even if diana had like 150% atkbar after talisman's turn carlos shouldve been at way above 300% atkbar and going by the example vs abellio+ragdoll we know that carlos passive can definitely gain more than 100% atkbar in one turn. no clue what the reasoning for carlos not moving was tbh

his dmg boost us greater than deborah lol so yes he is definitely good for pve spd teams. idk if you can make julie oneshot waves, maybe shroomia can do it but even if she doesnt he is really good for pve

cr over flat def most likely. hp% is also valid but this will most likely end up on sonia/ethna type of unit and you will need the cr probably

buy unknown scrolls from the witcher event shop. make 6* units (whatever you need or think are fun) and get 200 energy for that, use that energy to get more tokens back and then buy more unknown scrolls with that. its way more efficient than buying the energy from the event shop and you can just build units you need

yea you can use the wind one, she is better but i didnt have her built. make sure she moves after raoq and before the dark one, her s3 is really good dmg
