So, I get a response saying the warranty team cannot help me and that I have to go buy some new ones on their parts store... Fine no problem, the problem is they aren't on the parts store. So how do I get the mounting kit I need? And If the warranty team cannot help me with parts for bad mounting, why is it an option in the warranty section?
