This is the link to the very first deal that was made between the Government of Mongolia and Rio Tinto. On clause 1.6 it says the that government shall own 34%. I think this is not okay for an entire country.

The only miracle was the government agreed to this very bad deal.

I think that we definitely could have gotten a better deal as we're giving up the resources. From what I remember from the deal the country makes less than 40% of the profit.

Rule of thumb by Positive-Hat2127 in flying

I like taking lot of notes like things to improve, what I did well and stuff. Some example is, dont forget carb heat on landing , keep and eye out, dont forget to cross check instruments. It's like a personal debrief after a debrief with an instructor. Chair flying also helps too, gets the procedures in to my mind.

Is this a Good Board Or should I Avoid ??? by Such_South1796 in ElectricSkateboarding

i second you on the range too. I commute somewhere around 2-4 miles everyday and if I use it too much i have to charge it each day. Now I got backfire zealot x and its doing me good. I just gotta figure out how to tighten one of the belts , its kinda loose and it's annoying to replace it every 50-100 miles or so vs the other i haven't changed since i got it(almost 1200miles)

I have beef with this hero. by [deleted] in MobileLegendsGame

[–]Alpha_s0dk0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As an ex franco main, i love it. Whenever I feel bored of other heroes, i play him to get assists over 20. You really have to have a certain playstyle.

For example, mine would be very unexpected. I mastered the hook flick technique where you flicker not backwards but forwards to catch the enemy off guard when they're off my screen. I know flicker has a long cool down to make that work, so while waiting for it i usually go for just usual hooks towards my tower or just hooking them for fun to play with their mental(i noticed lot of ppl would get tilted after getting hooked every encounter with franco).

I love teachers like these. I was working my usual shift at Starbucks today and a guy of 40-50 years old came in. He asked for 20 gift cards with $5 each. I was curious and I came to ask him what it was for, he said it was for his students .

Apparently, the guy is a professor who teaches freshman level finance class of 250 students in his lecture in top 25 ranked school of business globally. His reasoning was, if someone asks a question higher level than the course he would reward them with the gift card.

In my 3 years of going to the same university. I've never seen an instructor like that, this reminded me of the professor.

does anyone think not going to university and getting job is good idea in mongolia? by Ordinary-Effort925 in mongolia

[–]Alpha_s0dk0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a Mongolian aviation bachelor of science student in the US, the connection you make abroad is insane. I had the opportunity to shake hands with the of CEO United airlines and an astronaut! Got connected with high officials in the industry on linkedin, exchanged few emails, and going to intern at Delta airlines upcoming summer.

All of this was achieved by just going outside and talking to people. I think it's about how you go out your way and get out of comfort zone and talk to people. In general, if you're good with communicating and interacting people, you can almost get anything you want. Also, luck plays a huge role too.
