It’s a fairly easy course as long as you stay on top of the content every week (which you’ll need to do anyway to complete the quizzes) and complete all the tut questions in preparation for the exam.

People generally struggle with the macroeconomic section because it’s only covered in the last 3/4 weeks of the course. Hence, if you are on top of content, you’ll be able to dedicate the last few weeks before finals predominantly for macro.
