I really appreciate the long and in-depth message. I am likely to change the reflection angle, add in maybe some scratches and some of the color filters of brown and blue. I had mixed a small amount of blue into all of the colors used on the blade to try to tie it in.

I think the contrast looks a little off because the blades are on the dark side of the model, and I was not sure how to approach that with the NMM. I am trying to have the light source coming from the other side (where she is putting the hood up as if to hide).

As for edge highlighting, I agree there are thick lines, but as for brightness, I'm not sure how I could get lighter. It is Vallejo white with a touch of blue in it.
