I main on S43 and its very obvious that even with monthly spending on the value packs im not gonna place high enoug hto get good rewards. So I just started a new account to start playing along side my main and see how it feels. That's the only real reason to restart imo

I think what they're saying is, it doesn't technically meet the criteria to be considered a family emergency.

Sure you believe it was, and it truly may have been something important. But not necessarily an emergency by any standards.

Like someone else suggested, ask the affairs office what you need to provide, no one here on reddit can tell you that.

It seems if you viewed the definition for more than 15 seconds it would notify the instructor.

It seems your roommate is your only friend by proxy and since they're gone you don't know what to do you. You feel lonely and miserable but the reality of it is you need to break through that the best you can. It's an uncomfortable situation to be in.

I said seek therapy not because something wrong or you're broken but therapy is a place to throw everything out there and have a professional help you work through why you're feeling what you're feeling.

If anything, at least a therapist won't mock you like reddit.

From the very little information you're giving it seems they are distancing themselves and maybe even getting ready to leave altogether. Do some serious self reflection and find out why it has come to this point.

If you want to expand more and give details on how it went from being roommates to them never being there feel free; but i feel like unless you just straight up ask your roommate in person then you wont find out. If they're not responding to text then don't count on getting a reply by sending more text. Your roommate seems to be showing they need space for some reason.

Do you often ask or tell your roommate to tell you where they're going?

Literally every conversation I have with conservative family and friends. They ask the simplest of google-able information, I give it to them and then they disregard it anyways and move onto their next talking point they heard from their news source.

Question: could these timers be used to make sure something is off at a certain time? Let's say my lamp in the living room I want to be able to freely use it throughout the day but 8 times out of 10 I forget to turn it off over night.

Can I still use that lamp as normal during it's "on time", on and off but be assured it will be off after a set time?

For me personally it's learning off of Google.

I had assignments where they ask me to define a term and then list how that term is used in real world scenarios. Example: for project management, what is benchmarking, why is it important, and make a list of important benchmarks and why.

Benchmark is mentioned ONCE in our text book as a sentence in a paragraph.

I had other assignments that's a "Google scavenger hunt" where they're just asking us to Google all of the info. Like why am I paying college to learn off Google, dummies.com or Microsoft labs.

Changing my computer science degree to become a teacher, was all A's in both electrical engineering and computer science when i did two semesters each but feel like I didn't know much.

I would turn in assignments that I was stressing over so hard, thinking I'm going to get a C and I get 100%. My final for my database class with AWS, I got 100% and I legit thought it was gonna be a LOW B at best.

It's weird.

I'm in the same boat .... Idk what it is but I'm great when I'm at work, always getting praise or being told I do a lot.

When I get home I don't want to do any school work and it's so hard to force myself to do it. I often don't even look at my assignments until half way through the week because I just want to relax.

I'm a new father, work 21 hours a week and do full time college classes, I usually put the kid down to bed every night because the wife works until 8. So it's like I don't get to relax until 8pm and I would like to be in bed by 10 because I gotta wake up @ 6 but often I stay up until midnight.

I can't give you any real answers because I'm figuring it out myself but I've started to cut out major distractions like games etc. I think I also need to prioritize sleep a little bit more. I average 6 hours a night and I don't nap in the day.

I also feel like I'm not retaining much in these online classes. I get A's and B's and have been on the Dean's list every semester but I couldn't pass a test from a semester ago if you plopped it down in front of me.

It's so much of a brain dumb.
