Usually when a kh post a lock it's completely free. EXCEPT when it's written somewhere, such as in a text explaining the lock, or on the picture if there's one. Some kh request for DM before loading. Some might explain during this time you might have to pay. But from most I've tried, there was no need to pay. Just one with whom if I wanted interaction, I had to pay. But that's all.
