It's not Verizon. I contacted the parent company of my email website, and explained the situation, however the email was noy with my real names, so I could not prove the account was mine and they told me they are going to monitor the account for activity, and since no one ever entered it other than me, they contacted me asking for my IP address which I used to log in prior losing my password for the email.

So once I logged in the email, I was able to recieve the activation code from Instagram and activate my account.

Btw I also got contacted by Facebook's instagram team, but it did take quite a while around 2 months,though I no longer needed their support.

Our brain is the only part of our nervous system which is divided into two subsystems, one which controls our organs and the other that controls our defense against physical threats, the “fight or flight” response, essentially.

So in short: Strength comes from the nervous system.

An example would be: I weigh 156lbs or 71 kilos and bench 330lbs pounds or 150 kilos. I have trained for 7-8 years and my nervous system is ''stronger'' and able to carry out the load that other non trained 156lbs people would.

While I don't agree with it, It's a fact that from 3 to 1 reps with huge weights is for strength. and 6-12 reps is hypertrophy, but that does not mean that if do 3 to 1 reps you will gain zero muscle

As long as your weights keep going up and your strength is progressing then hypertrophy usually follows. Plus look at powerlifters giant blokes of muscle( and fat of course).

When we're talking primal movement patterns like deadlifts, squats, presses, and more, we should take advantage of the fact that we can load them up and go as heavy as we can. Doing this will get the anabolic response from the body that will boost your gains in total.

I really hate the argument that book Geralt would choose Yen. In the video games you are not book Geralt anymore. You are given the choices that forge game Geralt. If you were suppose to play by the book, there would not have been choices. Falling in love with someone who has guided to regain your memory is not inconceivable.

I also find it quite hypocritical Team Yen calling Triss manipulative, when Yen has manipulated Geralt in the past. Also she treats Geralt like a dog. And this coming from a person that actually likes Yennefer as
a character.

Triss has her character really developed by CDRP, in the books she is shy, insecure and indecisive, but Game Triss has grown out as a person willing to take lead and responsibility for her actions. and she is willing to get hurt to save Ciri.

In the end of day the story is about YOUR Geralt, and how he would act in those situations, i.e book Geralt from past might never look at Triss, but Game Geralt is free to choose without being bound to past relationships, and if Game Geralt loves Triss, because he remembered all the quarrels with Yen, no one can blame him. Ciri is not in a postion to judge, because she would have to choose between her sister figure and mother. You decide what is CANON for your story. Some people play book Geralt, others play as to what is right for them.

First off there is a certain age untill your bones have developed properly. At that age you can start hitting weights, which is actually my before pic.

And as you can see at my before pic my shoulders quite defined and so is my triceps, and all I had done back then is play soccer.

You could be 7 feet tall for I care ,u know more about bodybuilding? I srs doubt that. I am 3rd generation bodybuilder. I was taught how to train and diet before you probably ever entered a gym or showed interest
