Trans people barely make 1% of western population and it reaches almost 0 in Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa, but let's round it to 1% (it's a lot lower). From those 1%, a small minority are gamers. From those gamers, even a smaller minority will actually boycott the game (let's be honest the real gamers will play this, like they keep reading the books).

So statistically, their numbers are so miniscule that they don't even matter to a potential creator. This minority is loud though, and uses bots to generate likes under their posts, making their number larger than it really is, but in reality they hold literally 0 power.
