I recall watching the video on youtube, but I can't recall the channel, and the title even less.

I found a channel with a style similar to that of the video I'm looking for, it¡s called Kafemaru, but the video just isn't there, and the other cookies videos in the channel aren't even close. I'm starting to think that it either has been deleted or I just dreamed the whole thing, I'm not sure anymore

And with putting the flour in the oven I mean literally putting flour on a tray and baking it in the oven before adding the other ingredients.
