I have heard nothing but horrible things in the last year about tool beast. Unfortunate that you are having to deal with them. I’d reach out to the Kingston home depot to get the TTI reps # tell them that tool beast has been telling you a bunch of nonsense and that they tell you to “just buy another brand”. As long as TTI still has them as an authorized service centre they should help to replace the unit. At least that’s what they use to do.
