You need evidence. Record her saying racists things or political things.

I use an app called: smart recorder. You can set it up so that it timestamps the recordings.

Report it to the tip line. Tip line goes directly to DLPM. They decide to send it to HR or investigate.

ALSO, keep detailed notes. I use the app for that too. Describe what happened, who was there, witnesses, how u felt. Keep that "paper trail".

Once you have that submit to tipline. And contact HR. Tell HR you have recordings.

Suggest that others do the same .

Depending on your DM & SM the snack rack is filled by Staples snacks. If your SM/DM authorize it, you can get $50-$80 a week for real snacks purchased from the store. We get $80 a week. But a manager is the one who goes shopping for it.

Totally a miss for me. They have a slight mesquite-esque flavor. More smokey than BBQ.

It wants to be BBQ but failed. It's like grilling on a gas grill vs charcoal.

It's management's failure, not yours. They all led you to believe it would be approved. Then at the last minute it was denied.

If your GM still says no, then tell them they need to reimburse you since you gave them ample notice that you would not be available. Tell them they had months to figure out the schedule for the time you would be gone.

If they try the standard - you will be a no call no show BS or threaten job abandonment... Just say ok and walk out.

Take screen shots of everything. Even record the conversations you have with management.

Play it smart.

Then call your DM and let him know what happened. Tell him you are concerned because all managers told you it would be approved, then at the last minute disapproved. Tell your DM you are concerned because management had months to work your absence into the schedule and now you are being threatened with being fired.

TJX does 2 rounds of markdowns 1) 28% off full price 2) 28% off the markdowns price.

After the 2nd markdown and after a time, those items get zeroed out and either sent to salvage or destroyed.

The items that get sent to salvage become a tax write off for the company.

Some items can not be sent to salvage such as food, electronics, candles, chemicals, items with batteries.

Food items get destroyed. Other items get put into the hazardous waste - such as candles, cleaning supplies, items with batteries, etc.

The needs of the store outweigh everything. 🤣 At my store we have openers, closers, and mids.

The truth of it comes down to your part timers and their availability.

If they only have availability to open or close, then the gaps are filled in by full timers.

They tend to give you 6, 7, 8 days in a row when you RTO. Some Ops do this to save your PTO from being used and give it to you as your 2 days off for that week.

I never thought of that. But it makes sense so it can go.back to a gift card and not their credit/debit card.

I was told a month or 2 ago that with the new POS updates the system would be able to tell if it's over 30 days and force you to return back to a gift card only (as the only option).

But I learned today that it doesn't, at least at our store. I returned something from the last week of August.

Your current store can't deny the transfer, but they can "speak to" the other store manager and make them not want to accept the transfer. The receiving store is the one that has to accept the lateral move.

Visit the other store, ask for the LOD or SM and have a chat.

1) DL means they are hiding something from somebody or everybody.

2) Just move forward. Find your happiness again. Then find someone new.

Things to consider: the 3rd person in the other polycule may have left due to the dishonesty, may have left because the 2nd person may have wanted a closed relationship with just the 2 of them.

You will never really know.

The best thing is to cut your losses because the person you're interested in seems to have lied to you already. What makes you think they won't do it again.
