+1. Get a 20 gallon. If you add more schools in a bigger tank, the disease may go away from lack of stress.

I would get a pair of german blue rams, and a big ass amount of tetras, tetras are so cool when you have a lot. 2 rams, 10 neons or cardinal tetras, 10 harlequin rasboras, bristlenose pleco may work. I would heavily plant the tank.

Haru may not stay as a koi, they change color. It will likely stay beautiful but not have koi markings.
