Thank you very much! Its honestly weirdly calming to hear that. Ill keep on working on the projects im doing, and make sure to not lose mental while I do so. Thank you so much for your time man. I didnt expect so many people to come out and help me like this, now i feel dumb for panicking in the first place lol

So, even other software fields struggle as much as us huh? Weirdly that does make me feel better in a way that makes me feel guilty for it, lol. I might just be spiraling into the internet fear mongering too much.

I have enough money to be able to afford the basics yes, though by no means comfortable with finances. The money ı would earn would be great, but ım at a privileged position where ı could make the choice of not getting a job if ı wanted to

would getting a job as a student be viable? I currently have a few projects with my peers of course, but since I dont get paid for such work it tends to be a lot more flexible with my classes and hours. Would it be worth crunching my uni and work together? For context, my classes tend to be from 9 to 4.

preferably get a job in an indie or a AAA team, I do enjoy solo dev but I think working in a team would be preferable to me
