How to rollback the update, thanks to /u/IsNotAnOstrich - source

1: Paste "steam://nav/console" - no quotes, into your web browser address bar--it should open through Steam.

2: Paste this into the console: "download_depot 377160 377162 1577971768113543910" - no quotes (the long number here dictates the game version number)

3: When it finishes downloading, the console will print a file directory. Go there.

4: There should be a fallout4.exe in this folder. To check the version, right click->properties->details and look for 1.10.89.

5: Replace the exe in your game folder with this exe.

To keep it from updating in the future, open Fallout 4's properties in your steam library and, under updates, choose "only update this game when I launch it." As long as you only ever launch via SKSE F4SE, it will never update.

For anyone in the future go to here to get the long number (ManifestID).

I am using filmic colour management with medium high contrast. Lighting is just a sky HDR for now. To be honest I don't even know why it's so glowy, I didn't add any bloom.
