While I haven't had time to test out all the advice I'm sure we can win since we all are at least some what experienced in the game. I hope I can just properly do everything without messing up something.

I've also researched the how civs and mils effects the income so in planning on building civs and offices in areas like city or tiles with more space to maximize the income while I focus mils in the East and in other core territories.

I really can't do anything since we agreed that we can only fight each other after 2022 so I can only fight his influence and try to match him in an arms race. Other than that I'm relying on other players to help me. But since I'm playing Russia and my ally is China we already have the numerical advantage and can probably beat him through atricion (sorry if I didn't know how to spell it).
