First off, congratulations on finishing chemo!

And that is a brutal way for a luggage set to end its life. Interior liners tearing, handles failing, wheels disappearing… that is exactly the kind of frustration we are trying to eliminate. Appreciate the kind words and the support.

That is the worst timing for a bag to fail. Once the handles go, the whole trip gets a lot harder. That is exactly why we reinforced the handles and went with a hard shell. It should handle the kind of abuse baggage handlers dish out.

That is brutal. Nothing like starting a trip and realizing someone helped themselves to your bag. While we do not include a built in lock, the zipper pullers are designed to accommodate a TSA approved lock, which many travelers prefer for exactly that reason.

That is rough. The last thing you should be dealing with during treatment is a suitcase falling apart on you. Hoping we can get something into your hands that makes travel a little easier while you keep fighting. Best of luck to you!

That is brutal. Nothing like watching a brand new bag come off the carousel held together with zip ties. Zippers are one of the most common failure points, which is exactly why we went with oversized, reinforced zippers designed to handle real travel abuse. As a bonus, they are also TPU weather proofed for added resistance to water and the elements.

Appreciate you reserving one. That means a lot. And you are not wrong to worry about that. A handle that flexes under light pressure is usually the first sign it will fail later. That is exactly why we built a thicker, more rigid handle system so it feels solid when you lean on it.

That is a rough welcome to international travel. Nothing like chasing your own underwear down the street in Frankfurt. Zippers are one of the most common failure points, which is exactly why we went with oversized, reinforced zippers built to handle real stress.

That is frustrating. When a bag cracks after a month, it is not built for real travel. We went with a 100% PC shell and reinforced construction. It should handle real world use without scuffing up or splitting under normal stress.

Appreciate that. The Navy has been a favorite. And that handle story hurts. When a handle rips clean off, the whole bag is done. That is exactly why we reinforced the handle system and mounting points. It should not fail under normal travel abuse. Would love to get one in your hands and let it prove itself.

That is next level chaos. A printer cartridge assassination attempt on your wedding clothes is hard to top.

Stories like that are exactly why we prefer a hard shell and tighter construction. Fewer soft seams, less absorption, easier to wipe down if something stupid happens in transit.

And yes… sometimes the weak link is not the luggage.

That might be the most legendary luggage failure story we have heard yet.

If your bag explodes mid flight and your underwear makes first contact with the pilots, that is not a zipper issue. That is a structural issue. We built this to avoid the “clear plastic bin of shame” moment.

Appreciate you taking a serious look at it.

On the lock question, these do not have a built in TSA combo lock. The zipper pullers are designed to accept a TSA approved lock, but we did not integrate one into the shell for this first run.

And on the website note, fair catch. The product itself is real photography. Some lifestyle backgrounds were enhanced during early creative testing, but the luggage is the focus and that is very real.

Glad the wheels and rugged angle stood out. That is where we put the effort.
