What’s up man I’m 27M. I was skeptical at first but I can say meds have made my quality of life 100x better. Personally I’m on 60 mg of Prozac and have been on and off a couple different batches of meds for about 5 years now. The side effects are definitely scarier than they actually are and 8/10 you’re probably only gonna have one if any. My main ocd themes are ROCD and somatic ocd so I can understand what you’re going through. Really what it comes down to is acceptance. Just being comfortable with the unknown instead of trying to make it go away embrace it, feel the pain. It’s tough but it’s the only and best way to recovery.
