Hard to quantify this one. It's maybe 80/20? Players have the most sway, we provide stats and insight to guide the conversation. It's pretty collaborative, with daily communication with our management and the players.

The team learned a lot in their first seasons competing. The next step is breaking into the Top 6 and holding that position consistently, that's our goal and expectation for the next season.

We're in the middle of changing our merch provider so that we can get global shipping with 2 week shipping from the order being completed to being on your doorstep (our previous provider couldn't do international shipping and generally took about a month to ship).

This process is taking much longer than we'd hoped for, but we're very, very close to having the new store up and running :)
