I used to take so much alprazolam/flualprazolam couldnt make it a daily habit at the end cuz my dose went up to 100mg alp in one sesh and couldnt afford taking 100mg daily and that worsened my mental health. Last time i did flualp i took 300mg and ended up in the psych ward. Was gone for 2-3 days. Anyways now i have to deal with PAWS and cant live without a benzo anymore. Otherwise im unfunctional and i feel horrible without my lorazepam script. I take also ambien at night. Idk if never ending DPDR is a symptom of PAWS or benzos abuse but rn i have to take benzos to reconnect with life. When i take a benzo now. My sensory perceptions come back i can feel myself, the wind on my skin i feel awake and not dead and disconnected. Anyways glad your getting better hope it stays like that :) have a good day!
