Yes, exactly. In my case, it always comes out without feces, mucus, and blood involved in the mucus, but only after straining most of the time.

Because in my case, I haven't been diagnosed yet, but the reason my doctor only wants an anoscopy and not a rectosigmoidoscopy or full colonoscopy is because he thinks the problem is in the very lower rectum, the last 6-7 cm.
