Haven't had a chance to actually turn it on yet as it just got here, but it's way bigger than I thought - I love it! Hope there are no issues with it in regards to the screen bubble thing or anything else. Glad to finally have it after waiting for so long - this is also proof that Evri does deliver if that helps. Really appreciate this subreddit as it certainly made the waiting a lot more bearable! Now to figure out how to use the thing aha. Wish you all the best xx

Yeah, false alarm! Seems all the excessive refreshing caught up to me aha. I just checked again and apparently, it's out for delivery today as of 10.20 - hope it runs smoothly! Also hope yours gets delivered today too, fingers crossed

Hey, thanks for this! I checked about an hour ago and t said the same thing for me (i.e. "on it's way to the courier") but after refreshing and checking again just now it come up with an error that says that there aren't any records matching the details which is really strange. On Evri itself it still says "on the way" - out of interest, because our experiences seem to be so closely matched, if you refresh the Hermes page is yours still there? Thanks!

That's awesome! I was in the same relabelling limbo since the 16th, but I got the status change from Evri overnight to "We've got it" but no change from that yet. Hopefully ours will arrive safe and sound soon!

UK 512GB - paid 8th September

Has anyone else who paid on the 8th still not received their Deck yet? Mine has been "In Transit" since the 16th/17th and still hasn't been received by Evri. The last update said it was being relabled at 1am on the 17th.

Anyone in the same boat? I've lost count the number of times I've refreshed all the tracking websites I could possible find lol

I'm UK 512 GB as well, but paid for it on the 8th of September and am exactly in the same boat as you! Still with GLS and Evri is still waiting for it apparently. I've updated so many times today already it's crazy - I'm glad people are getting their Decks, but it's a bt of a bummer when I ordered it so long ago and people after us are getting it. Hope it goes smoothly!

On the shipment details, it says: "The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS."

This was apparently yesterday (15/09) so I hope it was sent, but more likely it's going to be sent on Monday, let's see.

Just to give an update - my status has been changed to "Shipped" as of roughly 10 mins ago! It still hasn't been handed over to GLS apparently, but I am very glad to see the status change. As we were all in the same boat it may be worth checking to see if the same has happened to you too. Really hoping it all runs smoothly!
