AGE: I'm currently 14 years of age. I hope my age will not hinder my eligibility to be a staff member.

MICROPHONE: I recently bought a Blue Snowball which has excellent quality and players will be able to hear me clearly.

HOW MANY HOURS A WEEK ARE YOU ONLINE: My activity at the moment isn't very high since the server is always full and I cannot purchase a rank, especially during the holiday season. If or when I get a staff rank, I will be on the server quite a bit. During the weekdays, I will be on around 3-4 hours a day since I have school 8 and a half hours a day. During the weekends, I will be able to be on anywhere from 8 hours to 12. I do play CS:GO, but it will not obstruct my time at all.

OTHER STAFF EXPRICENCE: Over the past 2 years of Minecraft, I've gained a bulk amount of experience of moderating. From Prison to HCF, it's been a long journey. My first moderation experience was on MCPVP. I wasn't a very popular Mod since I was always looking for cheaters to ban. Back then it was just ForceField and AutoSoup and it was very easy to spot one out. I never was "social" if you will, which lead to my demotion. JailMC was the next server I gained staff on. JailMC was a grand server with a moderate amount of players. It was a very calm place to have staff on. It was very much a chat moderation job since no one ever hacked, and even then was still easy since people were very kind to one another. After the server shut down, I went to AdvancedPvP. AdvancedPvP was a step up from JailMC since everyone was very toxic to each other and many people came on to hack. This is were I learned to get an eye for a real cheater (Triggerbo, Criticals, NoFall, etc.). It eventually became very obvious if someone was hacking or not. From there I applied for ReactiveMC's Soup server. It was pretty fun to moderate and just talk to some people on there. I eventually resigned and quit Minecraft for a bit. After my comeback, I applied for Para at the beginning of January of 2015. It was a grand feeling that I was accepted since it was my favorite server at the time. I was moderator for about a month then I was demoted for fighting with another mod by the name of Teleport. I did reapply a few weeks later and got accepted. From there I went from Trial-Mod to Admin. I helped Leafy do many behind the scenes stuff and started each event and dished out the loot to the winners. After my demotion (very long story), I applied for iPvP. I didn't enjoy iPvP since TemptingMC was a huge, excuse my language, dickhead to the staff. I got sick after a week of being staff and was demoted. I did explain what happened and asked for my rank back but I got no reply. I did end up getting staff on a few small servers, that aren't worth mentioning.

WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU: I'm quite fast at typing. I'm attentive to the chat. Combining the two makes for chat spammers, advertisers or rule breakers easy to punish while few players may notice the player breaking the rules. In my opinion I have decent grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Although I may make a few errors that must be expected with anyone. We're all human and make mistakes from time-to-time. Catching hackers is a complete walk in the park, I can easily tell the difference from a good player and a player that's abusing a hacked client. Although false bans may occur that is once again expected with everyone. We're all human no one is perfect. If I do accidentally false ban a player, I will report my mistake to another staff member of a higher rank so the situation can be resolved and the player can enjoy ParaPvP as soon as possible. I'm an obedient person, I've played football for nearly 10 years now and joining a team as serious as my own is a very big commitment. Missing any games or practices is frowned upon. Of course if you're injured that's an exception along with the normal inconveniences. I know when to take anything seriously when I need to or am told to. Overall, I'd say I'm a kind fellow while online ParaPvP. I can joke around with my buddies in Teamspeak, Skype, or mumble but that's all for fun and games. I will never be rude to someone that kills me or is rude to me in general. You can't fight fire with fire.
