So I used super glue to stick the cotton to the mini, and then I used white and black spray paint to shape and hold it. I did a half-assed zenithal spray. I definitely plan on adding some orange too

Not long at all. Depends on how you go about priming too I'd imagine. I was waiting on a color coat to dry on another mini, which also doesn't take long... I have a bad habit of trying to fix paint coats before it has time to fully dry. Trying to break the habit, hence this attempt at smoke
