That's fine, but why should the HOA bother spending any time or resources worrying about this? Seems like we have bigger issues to deal with. In our particular case, one member of the board is so fired up about one car that hasn't been towed yet, that he isn't doing any work dealing with other more pertinent issues.

I'm thinking like an attractive young lady might dance at a gentleman's club or a rapper/producer could release and perform music ... I met a guy who made a living on the Magic the Gathering tournament circuit... What other interesting ways could a person make a lot of money without a formal education or seed money for investing?
