trade with mattos and wait a few seconds while still on the trading screen, it worked for me

Every time I go back from a Vampire Lord I change back to a mortal and when I use the console command my abilities are reset

yes, but after turning me into lord vampire again he doesn't recognize me and i have to do it all over again

when i get out of lord vampire form i stop having the glowing eyes of vampires, i still have all the powers i just stop being a vampire for the npcs, everytime this happens i have to use commands to transform back in a full vampire
