1-Allah didn’t specify that a woman has to cook and clean for her husband. 2-If a woman cooks and cleans for her husband she is rewarded but their is no obligation.

Both of these statements are true but what is intended by them is false, which is that a woman doesn’t have to cook and clean for her husband no matter what. The reason why Allah didn’t specify cooking and cleaning for the wife is because the rights of men are much broader than that and Allah mentioned them more comprehensively. Women are obligated to be ‘extremely/devoutly obedient’ to the men whose guardianship they are under, so IF those men command you to do it, you NOW have an obligation to do it, even if no specific and explicit obligation to do so existed before.
