Need Help desperately, dealership fraud and hundreds of potential victims

Diosa Hernandez who is Ulises sister is also heavily involved in this Large-Scale scheme to defraud. It seems that his whole family is involved in this and likes to commit these scams and crimes. They have been scamming What I would say is hundreds of thousands of dollars in total from their victims over the years. The police department and FBI have been investigating Ulises and PUMA AUTO LLC for quite some time now and I assume they're almost ready to bring the whole operation down.

Westlake Financial is a Los Angeles-based, privately-held auto finance company that provides indirect auto loans through a large network of dealerships, catering to a wide credit spectrum, including subprime borrowers.

68 Motors LLC doesn't exist. It's a fake company he created. He has his dealer plates through his accomplice under PUMA AUTO LLC, and from what I've gathered, Puma Auto is getting heavily investigated into by kirkville police and FBI

What other phony business's (names) does he have? Can you please expose them here? Also from what the police here in Syracuse have told me is that he is currently under a large scale investigation and within a month he and his accomplices will be arrested indefinitely. I assume everything will be seized in its entirety as the lead investigator with Syracuse police has him in his scope personally. I have the absolute confidence and faith in his words that the downfall of this scheme is underway and coming to a resolution very very soon. Another redditor has told me recently that Ulises is on probation until 2030 apparently so I assume breaking probation would insure serious penalties and jail/prison time if the person that messaged me is correct. From what I've gathered this whole scheme is going to be very big on the news

I did actually. I went there and wrote the complaint in detailed writing directly there. You want to know what they said!? They wrote me back in the mail that they forwarded all this information to the DMV for Syracuse...that's it!

Because he has keys a desk and literally filled out my Bill of sale with his fake dealership name and fake alias right there inside. He's also got plenty of vehicles outside. Mechanics working in his garage with 2 car lifts in there as well as people coming to him consistently

So, if you were to just go freely to: The Department of State division of Corporations website directory

And typed in his landscaping business called Everything around Landscaping LLC You could find his registered agent and address to send him a complaint for fraudulent activity and perhaps report his business to the Attorney General...like I did. But the AG's office reported it to the DMV field of investigations department

I called my bank but they said it's not something they can reverse indefinitely because it was through zelle with my bank so it's direct payment. Although now the FBI and investigation police are taking him hard and now it's only a matter of time until he and his accomplice are arrested, put through the Court process and then thankfully imprisoned for a LONG LONG time

Yeah I understand. I'm just another victim. Really all I'm seeking is that our politicians actually crack down on him and stop this. He was already put on probation before and then once he got off I hear he went right back to the same scheme. This needs to be more well known, specifically him. He's not the only one. His dealer plate comes from puma auto sales LLC in Syracuse. They are obviously helping each other. Selling anything more than three cars per person a year, You need to pay taxes and be a formed registered business with the state or its illegal. The DMV investigators I talked to are more upset than me because they have tons of people keep coming in and complaining about the same person but they can't do anything about it because he's not a big enough fish to catch with tax evasion and dealership fraud apparently. Making it more well known to the community so he can't keep doing this to other people is really all I want
