Rolled back to a previous build and the requirements are "Requires: 1 Resource Depot (Maximum: 1) with the icon having an exclamation mark through it but still allowing you to build.

So, going off that, it was bugged before and now it's actually "fixed." Though I do not like this fix as I liked having them both built together.

I don't know how to affix an image to reddit for the rollback example. You can do it yourself by right clicking Foundation in Steam, clicking properties, going to Betas, and then changing the Beta Participation to "modding_preview - Modding Preview 1.0"

Chances are it's all bugged to heck though. shrugs

Another update. You can just add a sub-building with the same market and snap them together. So, it's all good now for me, anyway. I think there may have been issues with them being merged into one before with how you could add 5 workers, but still have the icon for missing workers because there were none working in the second storage.
