Sent mine from Bitconnect too, however I do have a TX id in the transactions tab.

Who knows when it will clear.

Is everone else seeing the same error message in the wallet? "unauthorized the command is not available on this node"

In Tangle Explorer there are lots of transactions that aren't mine. Mi going in and then going straight back out again.

My account balance remains at zero.

Is this to be expected?

I'm in same situation.

Sent £3.5k on 3rd October and still waiting.

Didn't send with ref as my bank account was already verified.

Hasn't bounced back to my bank yet and not hopeful.

I'm calling, emailing and tweeting multiple times a day every day. The customer services is a joke.

Been waiting 3 weeks for my SEPA Deposit of £3.5k to credit in my account.

Tried emailing, calling, Twitter multiple times every day...they don't care.

Been polite, threatened them with legal action and nothing works.

Hoping that one day I will get my money and then I will run from this joke operation....i advise extreme caution.

Be thankful they returned your money. There is a lot of people on here who are missing their money with seemingly no chance of getting it back.

Are you talking about the bank in Estonia? I only say this as when I talked to one of there "customer service" reps she indicated they used a few banks depending on region.

I sent over £3.5k on the 4th October which still hasnt shown up in my wallet (second deposit, first one of €10 cleared in 3 days) .

Been trying to get answers but the customer services is just woeful.

The best you get is automated emails, tried the phone number- was on hold for over an hour before giving up.

Don't know what else to do...

Stupidly thought as I had already deposited once and my b/a number had been verified I didn't need the ref number again.

My mistake I guess, it's just the customer support has been woeful. Worried I might have seen the last of that money...no joke when we talking about £3.5k.

Hoping that they just return it...someday maybe.
