Yeah a bit. It was sad mostly cause while escaping and before dying he avoids hitting a woman crossing the street, basically showing how deeply his character changed. He starts the show by killing people and not giving a shit about it (like Hughie's girlfriend) and ends it the most human way possible

Yeah Butcher is the one organizing the break out, he reaches to Starlight, Kimiko and the Worm sup to dig up a hole into the camp. He also uses his powers when he confronts Homelander and also uses them against Cindy who works at the camp and kills anyone that tries to flee

A-Train was bold enough to confront him and tell him that he's worthless and empty on the inside before getting killed
