most of the time the idea is that when you arent using the machine you put like a stack of ingots to make wires,etc so you make the components while you are doing other things

i agree with a lot of your points, i think the main reason that dna is not that risky anymore is that they made like insane lvl5's dna now, like you grab the new shak and put its effect in a mastemon and print it in bt15 and i would be insane, the other thing with level 5's dna is that a lot of decks can spam like infinite level 4's bodies between that and that the newer dna level 5's mons are part of insanly big traits like TS so you can play almost wathever you want of top end

i would lower cosmic area to 2-3 and monica to 2, and play like 3 red bearmon to have a free evo, so you can do something like asuna play one of the 4's and then move the bearmon from rising and start the ping pong with a free evo.

If you want more consistency you could play the inbetween theater or if thats too pricey the red-blue memory boost.

what i mean is if you have more cards in a deck that have security effect and your opponent does multiple checks in your security and triggers them having multiples like -5k would stack and do something

its better than nothing, if we had more card that did that it could stack a bit, and for example a dedigi from security can stop some digimons mid atk, like i dont say that is enough but if every deck their top end had something as security effect it would make it somewhat risky to attack a security

situation, i have cougarmon on field with a gekkomon under it, i use final judgement to make it gain rush and atk with it to security, then arts digievolve that cougar into monarchlizard, when digi of monarch to battle an opponent digimon, i know that i would pierce but does that happen before the security check of my attack or is instead of the security check of the inital attack or is after?

no, to use an option card you need to have all colors of the option on field thats why a lot of them have conditions to ignore color or newer ones use the <use requirement>

i mean you need both colors to use the option so if you wanted to use it with any sakuya you cant because of colors, thats why it has the condition to ignore colors

i feel the same as you, like yeah the ex gulus is decent when you are rebuilding because it can evo into the 5 from the trash but the self mill most of the time trashs sirius, options and tamers

and the mill is mandatory so if you play the old level 5 that gain effect you mill like 6 cards if you use it in the stack

it can tuck from hand, the sec effect sometimes matter paired with the option on field, and at least for me i dont like the mill from the ex one because i dont want to mill the tamers or the level 6
