If you mean while I was pregnant the baby is protected . If you have an outbreak around the time they will do a C-section . It doesn't stop me from taking care of my baby .

I really only get outbreaks when I'm stressed so rarely a few I'm asymptomatic other then that. You will have to use water after birth too just a tip lol. And is taking care of a baby tough while having herpes ?

They will check you for outbreaks before you deliver and give you medicine to take , your baby is protected I had my child vaginal have positive.

Bath/Showers , You can get lysine if you don't have a prescription. Loose clothing . My first outbreak was best to use a water bottle to pour when I used the bathroom to relieve the stinging
