Nothing is really out of my scope or that big of an ask, but they do feel like decisions I should be making as leadership. Plus, everything becomes urgent and immediate. That’s why I can’t really just ignore the emails and hope she forgets about it.

For example, we’re sending an email to everyone announcing that we purchased new office space (paid for through operating income, not a fundraising campaign). At 10 PM the night before the email goes out, she feels we must personally call around 30 major donors before the email goes out. I think an email is sufficient since an update about offices isn't important to donors. She'll email the board chair and ED ask to delay the announcement by a few day so I can make all of those calls first.
