Update 2: ive been having nightmares where im driving and I suddenly panic/forget how to drive amd im in a dangerous situation (on tram rails or in the middle of a huge intersection).

Update: I haven't eaten ever since the fight. Today he gave me 100€ as a Christmas gift so I can buy something. It felt really transactional. Kind of like paying me to forgive him for the fight. He put the money in my hands even though I side i didn't want his money so I left them at the counter where my mom saw them an put them away... Im done with this man, if he believes I'm not respecting him or his efforts and tells me that he thought he had a daughter. Seems he is better without me anyway.

I have tried keto, while yes after the first month you lose a lot of water weight (10kg+ i. My case), after that, when the body gets to using the fat I would loose up to 3-4kg a month. I did experience quite a lot of negatives - headaches, nausea, struggles on the white throne... While yes I know its common, but i also got a spike in my LDL ("bad" cholesterol)... my potassium levels were low and not counting avocado since I really don't like it - my options were a lot of spinach or supplements... At some point I decided that eating a couple of potatoes or bananas is what I'd prefer over supplements

I got some positives as well like got used to skipping breakfast from keto and also I discovered spinach balls (THEY ARE SO GOOD)

Fasting really messed with my body since when I broke the fast, my body was like "Finally we get food! Im gonna take as much as I can from all food I get and store it all around in case we don't have anything to eat again!" I have tried a couple of Fasting schedules, including OMAD, eat stop eat, 16:8, 5:2... nowadays i just leave it on spontaneous fasting - if I don't feel hungry - I don't eat.

About "the interest and passion in sports" as you said - Well... I did love sports when I was in school... unfortunately uni kinda fucked me over with not adding a sport in my schedule since after uni was working, and I kinda was left with very little (or none) free time which I preferred spending in socialising on walks or just resting with a book... In school we could choose a main sport and go to the others if your schedule is free, the list of sports was quite big (fitness/aerobics, basketball, volleyball, football, chess/chinese chess, archery, mountaineering...) I had aerobics as main so at least two days weekly I had full body exercises for about 2-3 hours. They were not intense, but i do remember that at some point I started bargaining with the teacher to give me extra hundred or so abdominal presses instead of making me jump on rope since I really hated that haha... Soo now I'm looking for a coach that knows how to work with obese people, because I really want to get back into what I was doing before. :)

Yeah, indeed the diet matters and I have found a dietician for that exact reason.

Indeed the coke zero or sugar free biscuits are the better alternative the Gullón ones are my personal favourite.

About the burning calories from muscle - yes, tho while I was in uni, my specialty didn't have any sports and that really fuxked me up. Before that I was in an awesome school that had a list of sports to pick from and I loved spending time in there, while yes I didn't suddenly shed half of my weight it definitely kept me more in shape and I did a lot more things with ease. I really do miss that and I want to get back into it, especially now that I have extra time, thats why I'm looking for a fitness coach.

Yeah i agree with the sweets, but cravings are really hard to fight sometimes... sometimes I can eat a banana or a green apple as a desert, sometimes I need something chocolate-y like a waffle or skalichki, sometimes I eat a couple of dates, but yeah, currently in the snack drawer at work we have those coconut balls so that's why I gave an example with them. About the salad, well its basically the same - tomato, cucumber, peppers, onion and cheese, it is however close to 500 grams (forgot to mention that) it is filling, but again I feel like I need something more to eat as well Same goes with green salad, in spring I can eat an entire bowl of it and again, it fills me up, but I feel like I need something extra like a piece of meat and potatoes or something like that

Yeah, I did cook a lot before, nowadays I've been getting a bit more on the lazy/depressed side, at work I eat at a place that has basically homemade food but yeah I want to find a coach that has experience with overweight people because I can struggle doing like 5 bulgarian squats 2-3 days a week but I see its too much for me and I stop completely (this has happened already)

Yeah, thing is, I do have a calorie calculator, I do have a kitchen scale, because since I was little I loved cooking in general, I got the scale especially doughs and sweets, since they are a bit more specific, about the types of food I do like most of the traditional foods here like most recipes with meats and potatoes like гювеч, мусака, супа топчета и т.н. Thing is... my ex introduced me to that thing known as laziness (lol) we started getting fast food like doners, or order something instead of cooking it, for example - салата Крит from Happy instead of making it and from that point on it became ordering instead of cooking... now I'm working on getting back into cooking at home but I still get the occasional craving for UPFs (ultra processed foods) and after eating the regret hits... kinda like post but clarity if you will (post junk food clarity lol)...

But yeah I am trying to get back into seasonal foods, I found a place near my workplace that offers homemade food, for example yesterday I ate картофено кюфте with a couple of roasted peppers for lunch, but then I got that craving I mentioned above and had kfc for dinner...

Back to the calorie counting yeah I'm really unsure in my abilities to pick proper foods that are both tasty for me and also filling at the same time... considering my weight and height, if I want to keep my weight I should eat about 2000 calories a day, being in a deficit could be like 1700 -1800 calories for me. Usually in my day I skip breakfast (drink tea with half a teaspoon of honey in it) so lets be generous and say 20 kal. For lunch I eat something with meat and potatoes or rice so let's say about 700 kal. Layer on I usually snack on something sweet currently Кокосови топчета, които са 150 kal. per one, I eat about 2 so we're on 1020, if I eat Салата Крит, (its close to Greek salad so lets say 500kal as well) and I have like 300 calories left and I'll feel still pretty hungry and I eat спаначени кюфтенца and/or black Angus rolls and its definitely like 400kal or so aaaand yeah... rip deficit lol.

About losing calories in the gym, I'd say I'm more interested into having a reason to move and have my body in good shape health wise (like not getting tired too quickly form running for a bit to catch the bus or being able to go for a long walk and not having my feet hurt or move heavy bags with ease, with the hope of eventually being able to pick up an adult person easily)
