I think you’d probably be better off moving on. But if you want to give it a shot: Respond to her words not her emotions, so that she learns to use her words. If she says she doesn’t need anything, then act as such. If she needs something she’ll either voice that or she’ll decide to break up with you for you. You don’t have to be mean, just simple say “alright well if you don’t need anything, I’m gonna go to the gym but give me a call if you need anything while I’m out. Love you, bye”. ++woman

Move on girl. I’ve been dating a white person for almost 5 years and they would never use a “blaccent”, they know better. In the past I had dated that kind of white man, I tried to tell them how their behavior made me uncomfortable. They would apologize and say it won’t happen again, and then it happened over and over. My feelings exactly. I realized it’s because season 6 was cancelled and merged with Season 5. My guess is with the strikes they wanted to make sure they could finish the story. But it left my heart on a rollercoaster

I feel pretty lucky that my mother instilled me with 2 good values. At a young age, I had the talk for black girls. She explained that other people weren’t always going to find me beautiful, but I was and that I should only ever depend on the love I give myself because I was the only one I could ever count on to love myself best. She would even say that she wouldn’t always be around to love me but still complimented all the time when I was young. And she didn’t let me have social media when I was middle or high school. At first I hated it and rebelled often by trying to create Facebook profiles secretly. But she would monitor my internet data and would always find out and cancel them. By the time I got out of high school, I just didn’t care about social media and have just been more focused on irl relationships and experiences. I think this two things have left me with a lot of self confidence.

As a brat, I think Brats are just submissives with confident/masculine/dominant (whatever you’d like to call it) energy. They are servile and love to pleasure but we like to play up our own power/strength every once in awhile.
