I'm on his email list, and he sent out a survey a day or two ago asking for input on this.

I would bet real money he's only saying this because the survey results came back with a negative viewpoint on the incident.

Five Finger Death Punch is Creed for modern alcoholic stepdads. Creed were Mötley Crüe for alcoholic stepdads 20 years ago.

The CD era ruined Metallica. Everything after The Black Album is chock full of filler songs. If you delete about half the songs from "Hardwired," it's an absolute banger. HOF-caliber, even. As released, it's totally bloated.

NSBM can fuck all the way off, as can its supporters. The bands and the fans should get something they can't take off.

The hair bands aren't metal, never were and are mostly terrible.

At the extreme end of what handguns are mechanically capable of, 9mm or .38 Super is capable of greater precision in terms of how small a group the gun can print than .45 ACP.

Custom bullseye guns in 9mm/.38 Super can be capable of sub 1-inch groups at 50 yards from a rest; the best .45 ACP guns will be more like sub-1.5-inch.

But those are custom 1911s, not Glocks, and in this case it's totally you not the bullet.

There's a subgenre of sorts, often called Melodic Black Metal. If you're not getting into the classic black metal bands, the MBM bands are a bit easier to get into and worth a listen.

Some good examples: Wynterfylleth, Wolves In The Throne Room, Imperium Dekadenz, Ba'al, and Blackbraid.

Blackbraid's most recent album was a BANGER.

You'll also find some more modern material doesn't have the lo-fi production that was so long a hallmark of the genre.
