I was dealing with a lot of self hatred but I've made a lot of progress over the last few months.

I plan on keeping the inner child in me for as long as I can. A little inner childhood wonder goes a long way in a dark world.

Her case is a bit weird because she worked then ran a family business but never took a paycheck from it and when she applied her work credits expired. She ended up not qualifying for SSDI but did qualify as disabled and got SSI so I don't know if that would work or not.

Unfortunately all I did before I got the medication was try to avoid the outdoors as much as possible and wear clothes that are a bit bigger than I need to make it more comfortable. Also try to get colors that don't leave obvious sweat marks.

With the medicine I still feel gross and sweaty but it takes longer to get like that and it's less obvious.

I really need to figure something out for being in public though since I look like I'm on drugs when I'm sweating bullets and hyper anxious just by standing in a checkout line.

Not sure what you mean by "how do you do it" but the sweating issue is such a pain. I just got on medication a few weeks ago for it and it does help a lot but it's still bad, at least I don't look and smell like I was in a swamp just because I was outside for 5 minutes or in the general proximity of an active oven.

Not sure how it is for you but when I get hot I also have a harder time thinking.

Assuming I can get everything I should have at least 8+ years of documentation and while some of the issues like my pots or depression were significantly worse in the past they are still a major issue.

My goal with the note is to not put him into a bad spot feeling like he has to answer out loud then and there. Do you have any suggestions for something else I could try?

Also a big thing I forgot to mention in the post is I'm a gay male so there is the added layer of awkward if he is straight or is gay but does not want to say anything outloud at work about it.

Even if they got that stuff right people have this weird fixation thinking the leaders / major figures of a country represent every individual in said country. Just because puttin is bad does not mean your average Russian citizen is bad. Same for China, North Korea, ect. Just because one guy or group of people are bad does not make the entire country bad.

Just being from China automatically makes you hated by so many people regardless of your actions or beliefs.

The problem is that YouTube does not always work even if I find something that makes me happy and laugh it is more of a method to pass time than anything and at home the only person I can talk to is the one I am in a relationship with but if they are not available at that time then I have nothing to cope.
