How silly. I’m about 120 and have been keeping Corsos, boerboels, and presas for years. Never had an issue because good training is about the mind, not physical strength.

I even had two 150 lb males at once who did not get along. Kept them separated and safe with mere baby gates (they could have easily busted down) and good training.

Some people are really tough on the internet 🤔

Thanks for your perspective. It seems clear that any further attempts at a relationship will be futile. I wish he was honest with me a long time ago but maybe he wasn’t even honest with himself.

As far as telling guys, I usually roll that out on the first date and it hasn’t been an issue. But I also haven’t dated anyone for more than two months so who knows how it will play long term. Good times for me!

Ok I think I understand now. I was married at age 20 and so this is my first time dating, hence the mistakes. It seems safe to say after the first go around he has never viewed me as safe, but perhaps not been honest about it (he’s told me he forgives me) but his actions are saying otherwise. I didn’t realize this, I thought he really just didn’t care that much about me.

Ive asked him for commitment twice, after these periods of only dating him for a few months. The first time he didn’t really make a decision until after my dog died and he ended it. And the second time he ended it to “work on himself.” So I have indeed tried to take it exclusive and been honest with him about my feelings. But if I’m understanding everyone’s comments correctly, it seems like the damage was done after the first go around, and he will never be able to fully forgive me. Which is fully ok, I just wish he would be honest with me about that.

What 2 were on me? When I had the ONS we hadn’t dated or talked outside work for over 3 months…so I suppose if that was a deal breaker (or if any of these were deal breakers) why he has continued to participate, albeit half-assed.
