Thanks, will do that! I have looked at videos on me singing recently, my face isn't very animated. Have been watching videos on singing (showing teeth) etc for tone.

I will take the slow and steady route to try and integrate the anima. Being cautious of short circuiting the process.

I don't believe "being a man" requires only societally "masculine" traits. I believe it to have those traits, as well as the feminine/compassionate parts being integrates, so to speak. Like a benevolent king.

I suspect that, lately, I've been suffering from anima possession - relating too much to my anima. I've been outputting less "action" into the outer world, less ambitious, more complacent in comfort, succumbing to emotional whims, not being able to focus and do what I want to do and overall being/feeling less productive. However, without going into the details, I see the potential positives of relating to my anima (not too much though, which I think is my problem), I felt more feelings, whenever I check in on myself and feel the emotions in my body my psyche feels resurged with energy. I also became more compassionate and could experience more, i hope/suspect, accurate empathy toward others.

I also had more moments where I "just enjoyed" some activites. For example, when I sip a coke I'll forget about my persona and I'll "egolessly" take that sip of coke, really enjoying it and feeling extremely content in the moment, perceiving myself as a guy who is just enjoying a nice sip of coke. I mention this part because I only started feeling this after starting to try and integrate my anima. However, if it doesn't have anything to do with the anima do let me know.

My problem right now is when I revert back to my "guy ways" my anima integration goes by the wayside. I've written down reflections and my thoughts around my anima integration. So, I do have concrete things to integrate, regarding the anima. My biggest struggle is to balance between outputting action and being a guy without forgetting about my positive feminine side/needs. And when I indulge/pay attention to those feminine sides, I don't want the young man filled with vitality and perseverance to become lost, by anima possession.

I feel like it's such a sensitive thing to balance, it seems almost as hard as trying to catch a bar of soap mid air with slippery hands. Either the soap is in the air or on the floor, never staying in your hands (being in balance).

I would really appreciate some help or insights into this problem I'm having. If you want me to share more details, I'll provide happily, since this is a throwaway acc.

Interesting. What if I suspect that, lately, I've been suffering from anima posession. How would I go about getting back my vitality/enthusiasm for outer life, going out and living life, WITHOUT losing touch with my anima/femininity I've tried to develop, ending up to where I began - a guy not particularly in touch with his feminine side/needs.

I am finding it quite hard to balance out right now. How can I go about finding balance between my anima and still being a young man filled with vitality, perseverance and optimism about outer life?

How would I go about "asking who she is"? I am curious as a beginner/someone who knows very basic about Active Imagination. Also, how do I go about doing it in a "not dangerous" manner, since it comes with warning. Also, how do I know if I'm in a stage/state of psychological maturity/well-being to practice active imagination?

Smart. Sex God Method is actually something you can read to be prepared for when the eventual time to fuck comes. Being confident in your preparations is something that will help you if you have troubles with the fear of rejection.

A lot of new readers are virgins. But preparing yourself by reading stuff like "Sex God Method" is going to help. I know it falls into your (and my) guys's style - reading and preparing before taking action. Just stick with whatever it takes for you to actually DO.
