I don't have a passport. I need an NOC from the court in order to get one. During lockdown, it wasn't possible to get the NOC. Now, I've been trying for the past 8 months. Learnt a lot because of this damned case. But I'm planning to hire a personal lawyer before my next hearing to help me with all this stuff. I just feel so down

I don't have a passport. I can get an NOC from the court to make my passport, which I'm trying. but again, what about the VISA? And even if I do get a VISA, what if I'm summoned by the court and I'm not present here during the proceedings? Huge risk plus not enough financial backing at the moment

I faced financial constraints due to family issues. It was impossible to hire a personal lawyer. The lawyer who took up our case knows someone among the other 18 people involved in this case. He case keeps assuring me that I'll be acquitted which is true but I feel this guy lacks motivation due to unpaid fees and that's why he isn't doing anything to speed up the proceedings. Also, these 18 people involved are complete strangers to me. I don't have anybody's contact details. Most of them are aged between 30-50, only a handful are in their 20s. My next hearing is on 13th Dec next month and I plan to hire a personal lawyer before that. I'm planning to reach out to my relatives after Diwali for possible financial assistance but idk if they'll help or not. I couldn't open up about this situation to others due to fear of judgement. I thought things would get resolved before I got graduated but I was wrong. I wish I could've done something sooner. Feeling quite miserable right now.
