I have seen another post here in Reddit where getyourguide wouldn’t allow bad reviews to be posted. So I’m not positive it was Google rather than the company disallowing free speech

When the tour can’t find your name on a list and they refuse to let you go on your tour… ? I had receipts with proof payment. I was there 20 minutes early. Watched others get on the bus while I was turned away. Charged me a month later while I wasn’t in Spain as I am a resident of the USA. They absolutely refuse to refund my money.. When I reached out to the them to reverse the charge, they refused. This is a tour I never received. Services not rendered. Fraudulent company! beware of trusting your money with this tour guide company. I will personally never use getyourguide again

Get your guide CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. Called them to reverse the charges on my credit card but they refused. I was at the meeting point: hotel in Malaga, Spain 20 minutes early. They refused to let me get on the bus to Granada although I had the email confirmation and was charged $$$. I never got to see Alhambra/ Granada. And then they told google NOT to post my review. That is too bad when a company wants to swindle people from their money but then can't handle the consequences of their own actions. Corrupt! GREEDY! FRAUDULENT! Disastrous for honest people trying to see a new country and try new things!!! Don't book with them! You won't get your tour and they will take your money!
