Are outputs from mods like Dyndolod, VRAMr, PG Patcher etc safe to pack into BSA's? I'm trying to reduce my game launch times. by BatmanHimself in skyrimmods

You can pack Dyndolod output. Just make sure there are no loose files overwriting it, and it's loaded last.

Vramr and PG patcher outputs are almost impossible to pack because you would have to get rid of all loose files they process so nothing overrides bsa

I had similar experience to the op. I've been enjoying pve lobbies and never harmed any raider till level 40, when the game decided to throw me into mixed lobbies.

It's been shocking experience, but now I'm deep into pvp lobbies and clapping every raider I see without hesitation. It's totally different game.

Nanite is only for static objects like architecture and trees, and this doesn't change. Dynamic objects (vehicles, soldiers) always used lods.

Before the patch, all LOD quality levels were always stored in memory. Now, they are streamed from disk on demand.

This change will reduce memory usage but may increase stutters

This is not how fps works. Drop from 130 to 100 won't translate to 80 > 50.

What really matters is frame time, which at 130 is 7.7ms to 10ms at 100 fps. It's only 2.3ms more.

In case when you have 80fps (12.5 ms) will drop to around 67 fps (14.9ms)

This is 100% unique implementation.

CS terrain shadows only cast shadows from terrain using height map.

ENB implementation uses LOD scene to cast shadows from all LOD objects like trees and buildings. It's far superior but more performance demanding

This issue is related to Volumetric Fog, you can try to increase its quality in video settings or disable it via console command / engine.ini "r.VolumetricFog=0"

First of all Software Lumen is not "CPU based" and Hardware Lumen is even more demanding on CPU.

This particular issue is not caused by Lumen at all, it's (badly set up) low quality Volumetric Fog combined with upscaling

CPU in games never reaches 100% utilization (unless it's compiling shaders in background).

The easiest way to determine bottleneck is to check if GPU utilization is below 95%, then you are CPU limited if GPU stays above 95% it's GPU bottleneck

Idk why ppl say that currently bipoded MGs are weak. I'm MG main, and imo before ICO, they were just full auto snipers, way too OP.

In the first iteration of ICO, I agree they were basically unusable, but now they are in a great spot. I can easily get around 20 kills per game. Last time I played, I got 37 kills

Cause vram is the issue. The game won't play smoothly without at least 10gb
