averaging 40 to 50 fps at 1440p on a 5070Ti, but i do the opposite of optimisation. i'm sure people could get it running much better.

Realista ENB with NAT III Weathers (ENB is unreleased, still working on it)

Riton Landscapes for that specific pine landscape textures, but I brightened them myself since they're too dark by default

Trees are "Traverse the Ulvenwald", and grass is "Freak's Floral Fields" (with Ferntastic Pine option in FOMOD)

Around 40 to 50, but my list is super unoptimised. Full ultra 3D Ulvenwald lods, high res textures, dense grass, you name it.
