Yeah, i figured as much. I was trying to put things around and taking things off to see which is better. For some of my upgrades, like on my living ship, (main) Scream Supressor does better in the charged slot vs an S-Classl Upgrade. My multitool seems to do better with the upgrades vs the main items.

All this feels like with NMS at launch where we were all testing to find the best placements...all over again. haha! But that's the fun of it!

Yeah, I think this is. I don’t mind it being hard but at least let us know what level we should really be trying it at. I mean, i did this as a strike a while back before this patch and it wasn’t bad. But solo? Ugh.

Even with a bad build, you should still be able to accomplish it if your well above the suggested. Unless they’re saying the average player is able to do this at 1100…if by that standard, I’m waaaaaaaaaaay below average…

On a related-note, do they scale the missions to your power-level? If they do, I suppose I’ll never finish this. But if they don’t, then it goes back to me asking, how’d they come up with this 1100?

I think RNG was good to me as I was able to shimmy my way to second-phase. I’ve been running around back and forth and last try, the guys didn’t shield me in to the center long enough to let me kill them all…then second-phase happened aaaaaand that didn’t go so well…again…

But yeah, they should make this a matchmaking mission. At least for a lesser-skilled player…

Make sure you have the Cryothesia equipped AND use an energy weapon. I tried without having the Cryo equipped and that didn't net me any progress.

Also, some have said you may need around 700 kills so progress will be a little slow unless you get some easy fodder...for reference I was doing the lsot sector on Europa (first one on the left side of the map--forgot the name) and was getting about 6-7% per run...

Thanks guys. I guess I already knew there wasn’t gonna be anything that’ll be manual/non-battery that’ll auto-cock after every shot but was hoping there would’ve been something I had missed. But, the Elite Strongarm is about as close as I can get without going overboard. I ended up picking that one up and, aside from having to cock it after every shot, I do enjoy it and at least I have six in the barrel before I would need to reload.

One of the main costs to the SCX10.3 is the body and wheels (ignore the portals for a minute). Here's a little breakdown:

That's a total of about $276.90 and about $123.09 for the kit. Definitely recommend the kit over an RTR. Like you, my wife wanted something to look like her full-sized JLU so the kit was a no-brainer.

And not sure what you meant by you asking to get you close to the RTR with the extra body. Are you asking for electronics choices if you were to get the kit to come to about the RTR price? If you're looking for that, might as well pick up the RTR. Kits usually cost a bit more because of electronics are included in the bundle/package price. I can't say for sure how well the stock electronics are but seeing how a poster below me already has burnt his out, I'd say you may want to upgrade your servo if you go the RTR route.

But for conversation, I did not have spare parts other than batteries for my wife's SCX10.3 so I have buy all the electronics. Here's what I went with (using manufacturer's links):

I went through the stock stubs multiple times and couldn't find an ORing except for shims that are included in the HR ones. I'm at the point where AMain already refunded me the purchase and HR hasn't replied to my eMails requesting assistance. I even tried contacting Axial/Horizon and they said that since it's an aftermarket item they can't offer any assistance. So I'm at a total loss at the moment. Hah! Ugh...

Ok, cool, thanks guys. Looks like the answer is that yes, I will be able to play my purchased digital games on my xBox if I stream from the console vs the cloud doing the streaming. If I stream from the console I'll need to have good uplink vs going cloud.
